StandardAero of Vector Aerospace Holding SAS, also known simply as Vector, is a multifaceted company that employs thousands of individuals in twenty-two countries, spanning across multiple continents. The CEO of StandardAero put out a statement stating how happy they were to be merging with Vector to create one of the biggest MRO companies to date. StandardAero is an extremely well-rounded company that offers their-customers a variety of services. Back in 2015, the company was purchased by Veritas Capital, an equity firm based out of New York City. Veritas Capital was interested in StandardAero because they strive to find companies that can work with not only commercial customers but with military clients as well.
