Airbus Completed their Attainment of Vector Aerospace to StandardAero
StandardAero of Vector Aerospace Holding SAS, also known simply as Vector, is a multifaceted company that employs thousands of individuals in twenty-two countries, spanning across multiple continents. In 2016 alone, Vector accumulated $700 million dollars in revenue, marking them as the powerhouse company that they are.
The CEO of StandardAero put out a statement stating how happy they were to be merging with Vector to create one of the biggest MRO companies to date. Once they combine forces with Vector, StandardAero is will be able to supply their customers with faster more reliable service and be able to obtain customers on a global scale.
Who is StandardAero?
StandardAero is an extremely well-rounded company that offers their-customers a variety of services. Some of these services include overhaul and repairs, maintenance on a wide assortment of parts, paint jobs and so much more. They are also known for being able to handle customers in diverse fields such as general aviation, military and even helicopters. Back in 2015, the company was purchased by Veritas Capital, an equity firm based out of New York City. Veritas Capital was interested in StandardAero because they strive to find companies that can work with not only commercial customers but with military clients as well.

Airbus is best known for their cunning skills in the aerospace community. Airbus earned a combined sixty-seven billion euros in 2016 and was able to provide jobs for over one-hundred thousand people. They have the most wide-ranging stock of airliners that can range anywhere from one-hundred seats to over five-hundred seats. Airbus is Europe’s premiere supplier of combat, transportation and mission based aircrafts.
